Save your money and go with the 4G...

    Posted by Robert Gauger

I had the 4G router and had good luck with it. I spent$500 to upgrade to the 5G device and increased the price paid for the Max plan only to not be able to use the 5G because Verizon is bad in the area and the signal keeps dropping and the router switching back and forth from 5G to 4G. I use a VPN, so the changing back and forth causes it to continually drop. Looks like with the 5G I am limited to Verizon as the carrier so will have a lot of areas with no poor or no service based on my experience with my personal hotspot, They locked me into 4G until I move to another location so that I can have stability with the connection. Looks like I would have been better off to have saved the money on the router and plan if I am not going to be able to get any better speeds than I had with the 4G device that came with my RV.

    Works really well.

    Posted by James Luster

We are normally Starlink users while working remotely. Unfortunately we found ourselves in a heavily wooded campground for the Michigan summer, and Starlink was a no go. Fast internet is a nonnegotiable for us. That’s where the search begin. After several days of research I pulled the trigger on Travlfi. It’s been working flawlessly for the last couple weeks. Service is excellent, and the speed is great! Although it did take around 24hrs for it to start working from the initial setup. I called customer service and received that information when it didn’t activate right away. Highly recommend as even their top service is cheaper than Starlink roam. Well done Travlfi! We look forward to our continued use!

    It's...

This router was pricey even with a $50 discount. The Internet on our first trip wasn't great but wasn't horrible. As a freelance videographer I need decent upload speeds. This did not deliver. It took almost 2 days to upload 56GB of data. We stayed in Cape May that has Verizon 5G. Our router couldn't keep a stable connection so it would drop to zero upload speed often then just fo up to a max of 13mbs. Download speeds were more reliable. We haven't had an issue watching TV whenever we have. I will probably switch to Starlink.

    Great cell network...

    Posted by Michael Gilliland

Device was easy to configure. Adding cell Data package was super easy too. Easy wall mount template help me mount it to my wall. I am using it as my home network currently and I am looking forward to a month long trip where I expect it to work just like home. Multiple streaming devices and zoom meetings with no lag. About once a day it looses its cell tower and takes less than 5 minutes to recover. All in all it’s working great at home, can’t wait to take it on the road.

So far after 14 days it has given me excellent results. I like the way it stays connected as you drive. I have not been on a long trip or a camping trip yet.

    Fast & well built

    Posted by Doug Oscarson

Blazing fast 5G & 4G internet. The unit is fairly heavy and appears to be well-built. WiFi coverage seems to be good although I haven't strayed too far from the motorhome. The 3-year warranty is a real plus too.
