I am living in the desert and this has kept me with strong signals and I’m able to watch streaming tv, work on my computer and talk on my phone at the same time with no buffering or down time. This shows strong signal on my wifi at all times. My signal is stronger than any at this campsite. Love it!!

This little gem is well worth the money. I’m a Park Host in a Mississippi state Park. For the most part I have no issues . If it gets slow for some reason, I reboot the router, and I’m back up and surfing again. Tv streaming is easy peasy. Buy it, you won’t regret it.

After a few trips my experience with the Travelfi Journey XTR is generally good. The router maintains a decent 4G signal bot stationary and on the road. It is connected to a continuously powered outlet in our RV so it stays on while traveling. There are some issues with the signal seeking as it will lock onto a carrier that has poor connectivity when there is a stronger carrier available. This results in having to force a reboot to a specific carrier through trial and error. This can be tu.e consuming as it takes 5 min to reboot each time. It also requires periodic reboots to maintain signal stability. The advantage of having multi carrier access and reasonable wifi strength outweighs the downsides for us. Previously we used a T-MOBILE hitspot which was great when there was good signal but poor if the signal strength was low or nonexistent with T Mobile. I would give the device 3 stars but the flexibility of multi carriers 5 so overall I am happy (4 stars).

Works great! Only wish the plans would carry over until all the data was used rather than monthly renewal accept the unlimited. Do not camp "full time" so all the data may not get used.
