Works great! Only wish the plans would carry over until all the data was used rather than monthly renewal accept the unlimited. Do not camp "full time" so all the data may not get used.

I purchased this at an RV DEALER THE PERSON WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE I HAVE HAD IT SINCE MID JUNE AND AM NOT IMPRESSED FOR WHAT EVER REASON THE SIGNAL IS NOT STRONG WHERE IT SHOULD BE I HAVE BEEN TO SEVERAL CAMPGROUNDS WITH IT AND SOME WHERE MY PHONE GETS A STRONG SIGNAL BUT THE TRAVLFI SIGNAL IS THERE BUT WEAK AT MY HOSE WE HAVE A TOWER WITH ATT AND VERIZON ON IT THAT I CAN SEE FROM MY BACK YARD BUT WHEN I USE THE TRAVLFI VERY RARELY CAN I STREAM TV WITH OUT BUFFERING WITHONLY THE TRAVLFI AND MY PHONE CONNECTED TO IT I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO GET INTERNET TO SURF THE WEB WILL NOT BE GOOD FOR STREAMING OR GAMING ONLINE

The hardware seems to function perfectly. The interface to the networks gets overloaded and in the evenings it becomes impossible to stream any content. The system interface shows it is connected to tmobile. I can open the same streaming software using my mint tmobile connected phone and stream with no issues. All other times of the day failures in the travlfi service are better but still have sporadic issues even when simply connecting to banking or shopping websites. I am paying for unlimited data so I would expect to be able to connect anytime. Signal strength in our campsite is excellent so the issue is in travlfi service not in network availability. The system still needs some major tuning up and delivery issues improved to be all that it is advertised to be.

Far exceeds my expectations and is far superior to the Journey 1.

We were hopeful when ordering, after intense research. The device has performed flawlessly for us. We have used in two locations, urban and rural(LTE&one bar 5G) and able to stream without buffering. It stays connected in our RV on the move. The auto cell tower location feature is nice, no second guessing. Despite website saying you can check data usage, you do need to email and ask. Sometimes, it connects quickly, other, 15 minutes, same location. We are very satisfied after a week of use. Planning a trip to NW within our return window, hopefully will continue the five star rating.

I'm a remote worker and I needed a solution that would allow me to work as I live full-time traveling in an RV. I looked at many other solutions and decided that this device was going to be the best choice for the majority of my needs. It provides a stable connection to the cellular tower and depending on the capacity of that tower, you'll get decent speeds on the internet. I've been averaging 25mbs in the location I'm currently in, which is plenty for my work & meetings as well as my entertainment needs (Hulu, YouTube, Discovery+, etc). I do have a WeBoost that does provide a stronger cellular signal inside the RV, but I've turned that off and the TravlFi performed the same. If your work depends on internet access, like mine does, then you should have a backup solution. I have cellular internet in my car and I've had to rely on that a couple of times when the TravlFi lost service. Overall, the TravlFi has been a great internet solution.
