    Wow. It's a life changing device. I had the travel hot spot for a couple years and after dropping it for the hundredth time, it didn't work so well. Before I destroyed it, it was ok and did the job. Currently, I'm in the middle of nowhere and wasn't getting good speeds, so I upgraded. Holy Cow is the XTR Pro a game changer. Unbelievable speeds! Why did I bother with the hot spot for so long? I'm not saying the puck didn't work, just this thing is amazing. In a location that I might have gotten up to 15 and been excited, now it's downloading game updates at 80-90. It's faster in a 5G area than my parent's fiber optic! I couldn't be more happy with my purchase.

    Well worth the investment. Had a Journey XTR Router for several years but noted that it seemed to be lagging/buffering occurring -- felt it was time for an upgrade. Picture quality better and clearer; signal strength is stronger; and really buffering has diminished significantly.

    Sometimes I have to travel for work and I have the JourneyGo. It works everywhere and it allows me to have an office anywhere I choose.. zoom calls? No problem streaming my favorite movie? No problem.. When Kelly and I are traveling in our RV, we rely on the XTR – PRO. We use the unlimited data 5G plan and an over 18 months. We have never not had service! We paired this with the WaveForm OmniRoam rooftop 4G/5G, RV antenna. Fast and always connected with multiple carriers. With no antenna to drag out and throw in the grass, it works perfectly going down the road.. TravlFi is the real deal. We even pause it in the winter months when we're not using our travel trailer... We are very happy customers !

    So I purchased this thinking 5G is the future , just get this router now. Well I failed to realize the service only available is the unlimited 125 a month plan. If I had known I would have purchased the 4G router. Would be nice to only have to pay for 20G for a long weekend trip. That being said it works awesome., have used it 4 times, at places the phones never had service. Had tv, and phone no problems with this router. I have already recommended it to two RV friends to get the 4G one. Would be a full 5 stars if I could purchase a smaller gig plan. After retirement in a couple years and full time would buy unlimited.

    So far, so good. Using it at a campground that I had absolutely no service at prior to getting this TravlFi XTR Pro 5G. I can now stream, do my zoom calls and also answer phone calls with little problems. Only problem is that some calls get dropped. My next location will be even more rural, so I look forward to seeing how it works there.

    Had about a year, haven't traveled with it yet so far so good . Customer service is on point . Had problems when I reactivated it and I was sent an upgraded replacement at no charge. Returned my original one. If a tech was needed same day or next day service. Depending on how late in the day it was.
